SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order with Cognisance Sciences, you are entering into an agreement mandating compliance with Cognisance Sciences’ shipping policy.

ORDERING PROCESS

After selecting the product you wish to purchase, please proceed to the shopping cart. If you are a previous customer, simply enter your access details to login to your customer account. If you are a new customer, carefully enter your billing and delivery address.

  1. Please ensure that you enter a valid e-mail address as all order information will be sent to this address.
  2. Click ‘check out’ to select a payment method and enter the required details to complete the payment.
  3. Shortly after making a successful payment you will receive your order confirmation by email.

PROCESSING TIME

It is our primary objective to deliver superior dietary supplements and support to a global community. A such, we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as we can to customers. In most cases, orders are usually shipped within two business days.

ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Given that we ship internationally and due to timezone difference, all orders received are generally processed within two business days (Monday – Friday). If you noticed any discrepancies in your order, please contact us immediately. An order that shows as “Processing” is going through 2 stages: payment authorization and packaging for shipment. Your order can be modified or canceled within six hours of order processing. Otherwise, once processing is complete, your order will enter the shipment process.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our warehouse exceeds the value of the order, we’ll instruct the courier to destroy the package and we’ll be unable to issue a refund of any kind.

LIMITATIONS

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

PRIVACY

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
