Terminalia Chebula

Terminalia Chebula is a fruit which is used extensively in Ayurvedic medicines. It is reported to contain various bio-chemical compounds. It is antioxidant, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and anti-cancerous It also enhances energy release through optimal food utilization.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
A mitochondrial fatty acid that is highly involved in energy metabolism. It is a potent anti-oxidant compound. It works with mitochondria and the body’s natural antioxidant defenses. It is also seen as an anti-aging compound since it can reverse some of the oxidant damage related effects of aging.

A cyanobacterium (blue-green algae), is a type of one-celled organism. It contains high levels of various vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, E, and K), beta-carotene, other carotenoids, and minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, and zinc. It is also a source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA, an important fatty acid for heart and joints).

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement, we recommend taking 2 capsules in the morning after meal. For optimum result, take 2 capsules in the evening after meal. Taking 4 capsules per day provides your brain with the right amount of Sage ingredients in order to achieve a higher baseline cognitive ability.
